Who we are

Memauri Sport is part of Memauri. When you sign up here, you're creating a Memauri account — the same account you'd use anywhere else in Memauri. Memauri owns your identity and your sign-in; Memauri Sport is simply one of the places you can use it.

You can use Memauri Sport in a mobile or desktop browser. Where an installable app is offered, these same terms apply to it.

What your coach is

Your soccer coach is an AI assistant that answers using coaching material approved and governed by Memauri. It is matched to the age and stage of the players you coach.

When the approved material doesn't cover your question, the coach will say so and ask you something back, rather than making an answer up. If it ever gives you something that looks wrong, trust your own judgement and the people around you first.

What your coach is not

It is not medical, physiotherapy, nutrition, mental-health, or legal advice. It cannot assess an injury and must never be used to decide whether a player is fit to return to play. If someone is hurt or unwell, speak to a qualified professional.

It is not a safeguarding or child-protection service. Follow your club's and your association's policies, and report concerns through their channels.

Final decisions about sessions, selection, and player welfare are yours. You remain responsible for the safety of the people you coach.

Children's privacy

Please don't type a child's name, contact details, health information, or anything else that identifies them. Describe situations generally — "a nine-year-old who loses focus in drills" is enough for good coaching advice.

Memauri Sport is intended for coaches, parents, and adults supporting young players. It is not designed for children to use on their own.

Your conversations

Your messages and your coach's replies are stored in your Memauri account so your conversations continue where you left them, and so we can operate, support, and improve the service.

We record technical details of each exchange — timing, outcomes, errors — to keep the service working. We don't sell your conversations.

Your account and its data are handled under Memauri's privacy practices. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove it.

Using it fairly

Use Memauri Sport for coaching. Don't use it to harass anyone, to break the law, or to try to extract the underlying coaching material in bulk.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

We may suspend accounts that are being used to harm others or to disrupt the service.

Availability and changes

This is an evolving product. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times.

If we make a significant change to these terms, we'll ask you to accept the new version. The version you accepted is recorded with your account.

Liability

Memauri Sport is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Memauri isn't liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from coaching decisions you make. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
